What is the current Covid 19 lockdown status in Glasgow?

Glasgow is in the Scottish Government level 0 category with the only remaining restriction being the mandatory wearing of masks inside public buildings.

The Glasgow Collection would like to reassure all of our guests that we are adhering to the Scottish Government guidelines in relation to Covid 19. We are undertaking every measure to ensure your safety during your stay through enhanced cleaning procedures by a professional cleaning company.

What is the cancellation policy?

If guests are affected by Covid-19 lockdown, and we cannot legally provide you with accommodation, or you are unable to travel, due to a breach in Covid restrictions, we are offering guests vouchers, a date change or a full refund. We cannot cover for your disinclination to travel, or personal reasons that you or your party might be experiencing. We would ask that you refer to your travel insurance policy.

What if I display Covid symptoms?

If you show any symptoms of Covid 19, high temperature  continuous cough, loss of taste or smell prior to arrival you should seek advice from the NHS and or request a COVID -19 test immediately and, if tested positive you and your family group must not travel to the property.  If you develop any of these symptoms during your stay your whole visiting party must all return home immediately in order to meet Scottish Government guidelines. We are asking that you do not remain in the property.  If you cannot go home, you will incur charges for the additional 2 weeks, when you must isolate, and an additional cancellation fee to cover the costs of refunding the next incoming guests. You must inform NHS Scotland and The Glasgow Collection if you have had a positive test.
